John was a clever teenager who loved sliding out of trouble. One day, he thought up of a grand scheme that would let him park without paying. The following day, John pulled up to a store he liked and spent a good portion of the day in there without paying for parking. When the cop investigated the cars, he had left John's alone. Why?
