A doctor and another man were fighting over the same woman. The woman happened to work in the same workplace as the doctor, which gave him the edge. However, one day the doctor decided to take a seven day vacation. The other man didn't forget about him, though. For every day the doctor was away, he sent an apple to him, which made his relationship with the woman grow stronger. Why?
