Can you solve this riddle?

This one should b fun, a knight rides into town on his horse and rents out a hotel (funnily enough he has his own castle but he wants to ahem about a week of being a normal person...) and he spends his time there, gets married to Cindarella whilst there, trains for the great war, showing the villagers some new exotic food recipes, and then preparing for the great war but he must first make his way to home base, so he has to make his way through the marsh, the murky forest and the perilous pits of sand (Deserts) so he walks back to his castle with all of his armour and supplies ready for the war....but.....what is he missing???
