Can you solve this riddle?

So a man named John stole three gold blocks each weighing 3 pounds from a bank. While he is running from the cops he has to cross a bridge. The bridge holds 100 pounds. John weighs 93 pounds. How does John get across the bridge without falling. There are no ways around and no secret passages.
