Riddle
A wise man walked into a bar in the village he was staying at. The sherrif of the town asked, "Are you a new fellow here?" The wise man answered, "Yes," the sherrif replied, "Well then you've never seen our village idiot!" The sherrif and some buddies took the wise man to the idiots house and put a $1 bill and a quater on the welcome mat, knocked on the door and ran to the other side of the house. The idiot opened the door looked side to side and picked up the quarter and stepped inside. The sherrif said, "See he's and idiot! A normal person would have picked up the dollar,". The wise man said, "That man is NO idiot," WHY?!
