Can you solve this riddle?

There is a cabin in a forest and everyone is dead inside. There isn't anything inside except leather chairs... many leather chairs. No one was around to hear, see, taste, feel or inhale the terror. There were many small windows and all were closed at the time. The cabin was on fire. Dead bodies everywhere. There was a gaping hole which the cabin was laying on. Only monkeys were there to experience the fatal incident. How did the people die?
