Can you solve this riddle?

There are two men walking in the dessert. They get so thristy and they are about to dehydrate. A man comes to them with water and says, "What would you do for water?" The 1st man says, "I'll be your slave." The 2nd man says, "I'll kill the 1st man without touching him with any weapons or skin or clothing." He kills the first man and the first man suffers a slow and painful death. The guy gives him the water. How does the second man kill the first?
