Dangerous Hair

Riddle

A woman is found dead at a hair salon. She has committed suicide. She is an old lady, but is a criminal, and instead of being fined or going to jail, the judge decided that she should have a less harsh punishment- having her hair cut. The judge was influenced by another person, the one the elderly lady supposedly hurt. The old lady is in a very famous current events book, one that everybody knows of. The person who influenced the judge knew that the old lady would kill herself, but influenced him anyway.

The Answer to the Riddle

The elderly lady is in the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest hair, and the person who influenced the judge has the second longest hair.
