Can you solve this riddle?

A hot dog vender is at the bottom of a hill selling hot dogs and a car is at the top of the hill. A man places an ice cube under the car's front tire and the hot dog vender dies. How?

After a while the car with the ice cube on it's front tire is still sitting there and the hot dog vender is still selling hot dogs. Later the sun comes out and the ice cube melts,causing the car to move down the hill. The car hits the man and he dies.
