A king dines with his sister, his friend and his friend's wife. All of them were greedy beasts who loved food, more than life. At last, three pies alone remained. There wasn't a knife. How do they all have equal shares and save themselves from strife?

The greedy king's sister is married to the king's friend. Therefore, there are only three people at the dining table and they each get their own pie.
