Can you solve this riddle?

Once there was a man who lied alot. The judge said "If you lie again, we will chop your head off. If you tell the truth, we will shoot you. What can the man do to save his life?

He can say, "Are you going to cut my head off?" If they shoot him, it would be a lie and if they cut his head off it would be the truth.
