Can you solve this riddle?

A man who collects rare coins goes into a shop and sees a coin with a Roman emperor on one side and it's dated 2 BC. The man buys the coin for quite alot of money and leaves the shop feeling happy. Is this a good deal for him?

No. Because when the coin was made they wouldn't have known it was BC as Christ had not been born yet.
